Put my credit card information in before hitting submit, site went down. Next I know a day later they were taking the funds out of my account. Could not get in touch with anyone. Finally stated that I was contacting by bank to cancel this transaction that I never authorized and within minutes received a email back stating that the uggs have been shipped and cannot cancel. Also, if you refuse shipment 50% restocking fee on your order they informed me. Contacted bank and canceled my credit card although the bank has put the money back into my account and opened up a dispute on this fraud site, so upset! What a fraud this is. Definitely a knock site for Uggs!!! Cannot imagine what they would look like.
