As a self published author Sam Chekwas the owner and operator agreed in a signed contract to sell my books in his store. He accepted 4 cases. Have sold the book via the Internet and in his store and now refuses to pay up or to return the unsold books. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and filed a small claim action, but he failed to show in court. He's defrauding people by operating as a legitimate business.
