I ordered these products on the 16/11. And received the products on the 5/12. Only then to find this company had taken AUS$75.18 out of my credit card account on the 4th. December. I was gobsmacked to think that anybody would charge this amount for a sample of their skin products. I am a 65 year old pensioner and can no more afford to pay - out anything like that than run a marathon, as I am connected to Oxygen 24/7. I really am very upset, and having read other complaints hope that they will not take any more out of my account. What hope do I have of getting my money back or stopping them doing this again to me.? Diane.
