I applied on line for a free trial and was advised there would only be shipping cost of $5.96 x 2

Today (I have yet to receive the goods) my account has been debited with $73.35 I am very annoye as I cannot afford this money and am now worried that they will take more out of my account without my authority. I have tried to call but cannot get further than an automated response
