Hi there i tried for a loan to tide me over for Christmas so they asked me for my bank details to see if i was going to be accepted and they weren't no charges to say they were going to be taking any money out and i noticed on my bank statement they had taken some money out and i wasn't even accepted for a loan so can you see if you can look into this as i want a full refund from them.
