After writing an extensive report on usacomplaints.com, plus working with my bankers, within six hours I received an e-mail from Sandy, customer service rep. At dealfun.com, that my $99.00 is being returned. The bank cancelled my credit card as well, so that they can not take anymore money from my account. However, according to the visa laws they have 15 days from the date of notifying me that they intend to return the money to actually do so. Therefore, I will continue to keep an eye on my account to see if they follow through. Thank you to all that assisted me and anything Scambook lawyers or personnel did to help. I have learned a grave lesson. To all of you that have been ripped off by this company posting here with proof that you have been scammed is helpful. Also, call your banker and if the banker is not listening to you, refer him or her to this site so they can see for themselves that this is a company that is taking advantage of people. It also does not hurt to write to dealfun.com and let them know your feelings and you want your money back. Also, those of you that think the company is in Canada, will they may be, but the billing statement that went through my bank came out of Loxahatcee, Florida. Hum? International scamers?
