How I got my money back. My experience was the same as everybody else! I called JDI billing @ (480) 304-5443 selected billing (i think) and stated "I wanted to canel and take advantage of their 'Anytime money back guarantee' the guy was polite and took care of it. That day my enrollment date reset, my account was cancelled and a couple of days later my bank account was credited! Hope this helps.
