Same as everyone else I am afraid. I ordered the trial sample of Juvenue, thought no more about it. Then I received another what I thought was a further sample as the envelope said 'gift'. Today I have noted the above deduction out of my bank account. Am discussing with bank fraud department tomorrow in the hope of recovering my monies.
