I had received an email regarding winning sweeptake prize by email. I approached the originator of email to intimate me from I could verify the autheticity of email.in reply I received another email on 20 Nov that my email had won the at random award of $450,000. The name of person who originated the email is Mr Glenn Roeder purporting to be an officer of Barclays Bank Plc London. I serached the given telephone number but could not find the same. He has also attached a Deposit ertificate in my name worth $450,000 and his UK Driver's Licence as proof of correcxtness of the information. I suspected that that this is a scam. I have also sent my compliant to Barclays Bank Plc London by copying and attaching the said email alongwith its 2 attachments. I have found no response till now. I am also attaching the said email by copying & pasting for information of all concerned hereunder:-

I am highly concerned about such fraudulent/scam emails. Is there any Department in UK which could take action against such elements.
