I sent away for Free samples, money was charged to my Credit Card and I never received the samples, they then charged me $150 Australian Dollars for a months supply when I didn't even get the Free samples or paperwork, I managed to get a refund on the months supply but not on the original postage which if there are thousands of us must add up to $s
