We received the same letter from Michael Quest, claim agent, stating we won $150,000. He attached a check in the amount of $3,980. When we called him, he would instantly put us on hold and not come back on line. I googled this and found other complaints with the exact same description. This is sooo sad that weirdo's would rip innocent people off. Why can't the government put a stop to this scam!???!!!
