I joined their primary package for the amount of $197.00 on 11/10 at which time the money was deducted from my bank account, however, the exact same amount was again withdrawn from my bank account on 11/14. After several phone calls they said they would re-deposit the money ($197.00) on or about 11/16. As of this date the money has not been re-deposited.
