Received letter stating that I had pending cash disbursal claims and payments in the amount of $2,342, 000.00 payable to me. They requested that I submit $20.00 to them in a prepaid envelope to grant them full permission to verify all facts to confirm that I, in fact, have won the funds.
Knowing that you are not supposed to pay anything to claim any winnings in any contest, I did not forward the $20.00.in researching PRIA on the internet, I found that my belief was correct and that a lot of others had been taken-in with this exact same letter over the last few years.
