Ordered BI-DIRECTIONAL IDE TO SATA ADAPTER IDE-SATA-SI £2.65 with 3-5 days delivery and after two weeks I wrote to their sales department and asked for a refund as I have obtained the product elsewhere. They responded that due to heavy backlog they are having a delay in sorting it out. I wrote back requesting a refund and have heard nothing since. I believe they are scammers, the name that responded was J McDermott.
