I ordered a Gucci Ladies Watch from this company on Oct 20. When I received it, it was entirly different from the one that I ordered. I emailed the company the same day to tell them, since they have a 14 day return or exchange policy. I was told By Leona that her boss said he could not exchange or refund my money since it would be too complex. She told me to pick out another watch and she would give mi a discount. What a rip off.
