Since joining the site for a 1-month membership at the cost of $17.47, I've had nothing but problems. It's misconstrued as a "Dating site." However, it's nothing more than a scam to promote Webcam services or other sites where you are under the impression that you're going to meet someone. I was getting all kinds of attention to my profile by many "So-called" women... Receiving "Winks, " "Profile views, " "Emails, " etc. But, almost every time I tried to send an Email message to the person, my "Sent" email would not show up in my "Sent" folder. It would simply bounce directly to my "Inbox." Furthermore, there were actually 3 women who did contact me. Two of them tried to refer me to another website and the 3rd one asked me how long I was on the Rudefinder.com website. I didn't even know what she was talking about... Come to find out, this Rudefinder.com site is a direct linking site to the JustHookUp.com site. When I had asked her what Rudefinder was, she simply ended the chat. I was also receiving Email messages from the website informing me that I needed to complete my profile. My profile was complete. I completed every section and a clear photo of myself. I sent several Email messages to the site management people about all these problems and they just played it off like I was imagining things or something. Since that, I've received several Emails from women who immediately claim that they liked my picture... But, my profile didn't say much. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, they are really not seeing my profile information for some reason. I also received an additional charge on my bank account for 34 cents. I called the phone number listed on the transaction and found it was these people. The guy I talked to claimed that it's a small international charge by the bank for doing the initial transaction for the membership. He said it would not repeat. I then told him that I selected to not have the automatic payment come out for the renewal of the monthly membership and asked him if he could send a verification of that to my Email address. He said that he would see to it... It never happened. Meanwhile, I'm not getting anything in terms of a true connection to any women on the site. I've sent countless Emails of interest and never get a reply. There are so-called "Women" on the site who have supposedly looked at my profile as many as 20 times. However, they will not respond to anything I do to connect with them. I'm convinced they're all just automated indications of false interest. I sincerely hope you can do something about this organization. They're completely misrepresenting their service to people just to divert them to their other websites for further charges. The complete operation needs to be shut down. And, if you can help to get my money back for me, I would be extremely grateful.
