I Signed an aggreement to be represented by the company to obtain a Modificacion on a Mortgage Loan. I Agree to pay $995.00 to begin the process, wich are not refundable, and $1000.00 for the closing, however there was not closing and I have try many times to obtain a refund wich is do. Every time I call I get the run around and no one have an answer to my request.
