Signed a contract for 10 windows for a total sum of $7615.00, but did not pay until Saturday, 9/17 when Mark Altare came to the house to pick up a check for $3807.50 to order windows, $3046 was sue when work began and $761.50 due on completion. Windows were to be delivered in four to six weeks. On November 4, we received a letter in the mail stating that Window Solutions Tampa Bay, Inc. Was out of business and to contact the main office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
