I responded to a Telemarketer position in Craigslist. Don Derbin hired me @ $12 hr (I have all of the emails, etc.). He had me calling, via Mojo Dialer, all businesses in the Denver Metro area. Very few were up for these types of call at their businesses. He hired me so I continued to work.
He then changed his mind and wanted to pay me not by hour but by 'qualified' lead. I believe this man hires as an hourly and then hopes to have people stick around.
The name of the company he works for, I think, is Colorado Health Plans but he represents Aetna, Blue Cross, etc. Here is his website address

I have copies of the emails stating he would pay me $90 on November 1st. Today is the 5th and I have not received a check. It typically takes 2 business days for a letter sent within the same state.
I want my money. Others should be aware of this man. He has called me a 'Nag and Disgruntled employee". But I was never an employee. I was an IC (Independent Contractor).
Be aware Telemarketers.
