Jessica boyd of Quitman. Tx pretended to be an agent of military telecom n was suppose to deliver a satellite phone to a Sergeant Major Roger Preston Braine stationed in Kabul Afghanistan. I met him on Muslima.com website. Money was to be sent by Western Union.
