I was contacted by someone from the magazine publishers informing me that I had won a watch. They informed me that all I needed to do was agree to a 3 month subscription for a one time payment of $49.83 in which I would recieve 3 magazines of my choosing and that I could cancel after the 3 months were done, this was on Sept 30th. It Is now Nov 3rd not only have I not received the watch or any magazines I have been billed twice, once on Oct 1st and again on the 25th. I called the customer service dept and some guy I spoke to said that I agreed to a 12 month subsciption and that I was billed twice because the payment Is accepted as soon as you sign up and every 25th of the month there after. Iexplained to him that not only Is that ridiculous I still haven't received anything so what exactly am I being BILLED for. I mentioned to him that his sales rep out right lied and that they should listen to the recordings they claim to make of the conversations, he then said that he would call me back so we could listen together... Surprise surprise I'm still waiting.
