I applied for the "free trial" $1.99 USD, my credit card was immediately debited for the amount ($2.15AUD), now November 4th several phone calls later to them and I sill have not received my free trial only excuses that it has been sent and "here is the tracking number". Obviously the product will take longer to deliver to Australia but not a month! And lots of excuses. Has anyone actually received their product at all? The phone staff are somewhat aggressive and bordering on rudeness and will not admit to reimbursing me or sending a replacement trial. Very annoyed to say the least. I have their email confirmation but cannot email them as it is a no-reply addy. The money is not much but the principle of the matter if you offer a free trial you send the product to try
