I have had a Paypower Prepaid Visa for a few months. Now, they have put a hold on my card and I cannot use it or access my money. There is no number to contact them other than a genral customer service number 1-888-633-9432 that I have called numberous times, and each time they say I will be contacted within 1-2 business days to unblock the card. They have not called. And each time I call, it's one to two more business days. They said they called me last Thursday-my phone records show no such call. So in essence, they have taken my money which is a prepaid cash card.
I cannot find a number to lift to hold on my card and I don't believe one exists. I have been scammed out of my money.
