I had been on the internet and pulled up Horizon Card Services. They got my email, and somehow were able to get my bank account information. I never gave them this information. There was a charge on my "pre-paid" card from this business for membership for a country club. I have tried to get in touch with the company and have not been able to. My next step would be to have my card company dispute the charge. I saw that several other victims have had the same situation. Is there not anything anyone can do about this? Aren't these companies monitored?
