I viewed two beautiful places with this company and I was so excited to move into one of the places. The leasing agent I was in contact with was nice and accommodating. I had an issue with my application and because I didn't ask more questions, I got upset and made a complaint. After receiving the complaint, the owner contacted me. He explained the procedure and reason for the issue. He was very cordial and understood where I was coming from. I believe that a company that has an owner that is willing to resolve the issue is a company that anyone would be happy to lease through. They have wonderful properties and the owner really listens when a problem arises.
