This company from vancouver, BC (canada) tells you, that you were selected as a survey winner from one of the many clients they represent, and to win your cash prize you just call them back to activate your check included in the letter. However to do so you must provide identity information.
Upon calling, they have no website, no email, no message machine, no fax number, and will hang up on you if you sound suspicious of them or ask too many questions.
FYI, if you get any mail from canada with no return address, and if it has a hand stamp, just toss.
