They took money out of my account. Did not order anything online. Could not talk with a customer service person. Had to talk to an assistant and they would pass along the message. The operateor didn't even know where she worked and while I was waiting to talk to someone they listed two different web sites. Supportpmcmembership.com and yourcustomerservice.com
