Was contacted by consumer advocated group (Java & Nathan) with false promises that the could help me get my Mortgage down to an affordable amount. Document were email sign and return, check was given with $2500.00.. Was then called by Nathan and told that mortgage has been approved for $1450.00 per/month, with first payment due on January 1... Only to find out on Thursday (10-13-11) I was been evicted from my house that I own for 17yrs and have my belonging put into storage... I have made several attempts to contact these people only to be told that they would get back into touch with me, I waited several hours nothing happen; finally when I get an answer I was told that I need to stop harassing
their staff, then I was hang up on; Since then no one has make an effort to contact me, and I have no idea what is happen to my case.
