Ordered software (advanced Optimum) and downloaded on my computer, the next day I contacted a Technician and he went thru this spill about my computer having the Rogue virus, then he quoted some prices to fix it; after I told him I didn't have that kind of money, and I was not interested and hung up; he did something that totally crashed my computer. He previously had control of my computer thru the chat-line and when we finished talking, he detroyed my system somehow. I have spoken with Cleveridge and they have assured me that they canceled my subscription, and my credit card will be credited. If this does not happen, I will contact the Attorney General's office for an investigation. Recommendation: Don't order anything from them, they are bogus, and scam artist. Company is located in India, and they think Americans are stupid.
