I finally found some phone numbers. If you're in Australia call 02 91912787. For the US try 1 866 881 1138. I called the Oz number and although I had to wait for about ten minutes, finally got a rep. I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions (there were none on the website). But I have been able to cancel the order and get a credit for the charge.
