A young lady came to my door explain that she was a student going to NYC in the Spring for Criminal Justice and was selling magazine to get money towards her tuition. She also stated that if she reached 20,000 points that she would be to another country for as trip. She told me that she was with a program for rehabilitated military vet or families of military. She said that her brother dies in Afghanistan in 2004 and she was working in honor of him. My father in law being a military vet felt for her since she said that she was selling magazines to send to any military branch. Of course being a vet my father in law bought from her. She said if we paid in cash she would get more points and so we did. After buying the magazines she asked if the neighborhood was friendly and of course we told her yes, then she asked what kind of sticker we would like on our door and we told her, she put it on the door and left. After she left I was questioning myself because one she did not put the military branch anywhere on the receipt, two, did not check the box for our gift card which she said I would receive, and three because I checked out there website and it was pretty bare. I talked to my husband about it later and he questioned me because he said there were people out there scouting for single or stay at home moms. That really scared me, I immediately took down the sticker and researched them. I found nothing, but scam reports on this company. I would really like my money back and would love for this company to get shut down so they can't scam anyone else!
