Advertised free sample, product only £1.99 on the internet, did not arrive for a few weeks then had a post office card to say i needed to collect an item and pay customs charge, paid the £25.60, opened to find the tub of cream that was supposed to be only £1.99, then invoice telling me I was going to be charged $79.99 every 2 months for my supply, on a product I have never used, tried and paid customs charges for. I then called the 0800 number and spoke to an american lady, had i called the USA? Cost? Told her to cancel my order immediately and it was false advertising, told her to email comfirmation she was doing so, which she did. Called the bank only to find out that while i was speaking to her she put a payment of £63 through my account without my consent or knowledge! The bank stopped the transaction, I have now had to cancel my card and await a new one in the meantime i have to borrow money or go into my local branch to get some, am absolutely furious!
