Signed up for a car report on 9/2. Cost $1.00. Told I had 7 days to cancel membership. Called on the fourth day, my account was already billed $18.95. Non refundable. Told I could use service till 10/5. When called to cancel, got a no phone support message and was directed to www.seektd.com website, which has now been unavailable for last week. No telephone. No website either. Scammed.
