I purchased Nuvoryn over 10days ago now. My status had been changed to shipped but still nothing has arrived. From Australia to NZ I wouldn't expect it to take this long!
I emailed and haven't had a reply. I have just called and spoke to someone who said they didn't have access to get into the information but took all my details.
I have sent another query now through the website as I contacted them through the email address last time!
Still waiting to hear back... Could this be a waste of $120!!! Very annoying!!
