We were lured by TV advertisment of Invent-Tech Miami, Florida. We received great promisses. They took from us more than $k14 for some pictures, text, mailing including to letters to Funeral Homes and for so called marketing, promotions and more. We have never got anything valuable from them. Each time there were other names and new promisses. At NYC Invention Show ($50 ticket x2) we found that Invent-Tech did not make any marketing. They were catching new victims only! To our surprise 2 of our 13 innovations submitted to Inven-Tech started production by close them, by companies in Miami! Those products we, inventors could buy 2 years later ourselves! We made arrangement for meetings and we were traveling by car with under one year old boy close to 3000 miles 2x. When we were already in Miami, in hotel they cancelled our meeting. We found that Invent-Tech has phony, PO, mail-Box and meeting rent type room by appointment only. We heard that many people were collapsing and crying there. They invested last penny in false hope!
We visited local FBI. They know about them well. Officers were very polite and explained to us that according to Florida law and less than $k100 fraud they are not able to do anything! What about Class Action and e-mail connection of all victims? Mrs. Fran told us that she will speak only to our ATTORNEY AT LAW! In some countries around the world deceptionists as they will be prosecuted, locked in prison, labor camps, forced pay back to victims and all stolen / gain probably confiscated. This is against progress of USA as our President B.H. Obama stated about Innovations. Creation of new jobs thru Innovations. They are helping destroying future of USA and they are enemies of all of us and progress of humankind. Now we do not have money, energy and stamina to continue or work on next our next innovations. Is this unethical practice and pocketing those who deceived others future of our beloved country? Today we could have six digits royalties. We waisted years of hard work and testing only that Invent-Tech will make us victims? Could Governor of Florida stop such a fraud and compensate victims?
