I just discovered that Value Plus has been deducting $24.95 from my account since April. I had never heard of them before and did not place an order with them. This is a total scam. I just called their 800 number. They can't tell me what I ordered and with whom. They are supposed to send a letter in 7-10 days for me to fill out. I sure hope I can get my full refund.
