My little sister took my credit card (without me knowing about it) and purchased the african mango product. Days later the product never got to us, and she decided to call. They lied to her and told her that they were going to refund just 50% of the money because the product was already delivered. One month after still we never got the product and i realized what my sister did.
I call in ans they tell me that they will refund the whole amount, but they just refunded 50% of it. I cancelled the product, never got the pills but Im still being charged and they dont want to credit it back because the whole thing is on my sisters account and I cant deal with it.
Customer service is awful, the girl was racist and rude.
Worst company ever, they steal from people.
