IHire.com used a common deceptive practice to sign up new registrants to a trial period offer in the hope that they would not understand that the once the short trial period had expired, recurrent charges would then be made to the victim's credit card, compounded by the practice of billing the victim's account in 3-month intervals rather than monthly in a sublime attempt to hide what they were doing by skip-billing, so that the victim was less likely to discover that their account was being recurrently charged.
