I had brought in my bike for some work to a non working Speedo, a very expensive bike, was called by the owner that the work had been completed, upon arrival to pick up my bike it was noticed there where now two deep wide scratches across the top of one of the gas tanks, right below the filler cap. The owner first tried to explain these marks where there when we brought him the bike, next he wanted to go over the damage with his shop lead person, next my wife and he are about to get into it because he is all but calling me a liar saying the scratches were there before I’d brought it to him, (I have witnesses to prove otherwise) followed by his then stating the bike was built wrong. I've been riding it for close to two years. He and i came to an agreement about the damaged gas tank, however when i was call back after the tank repair and an additional service with a new battery, the bike didn't run correctly, the controls were just flopping around loose on one side, the "New" battery I purchased from him was dead, and this guy wants me go ahead and take delivery and ride home on this thing, he can't explain the loose controls, says he has no idea what happened there and they just can'y seem to get it to run correctly. I'm told he'll have the bike ready in four days, (weekend & Monday) I call to make sure it's ready, they didn't get around to working on it till late and it's not ready, I call the following day, day 6 and it's ready that afternoon. I pay the man check everything I can look at and begin my journey home only to discover it now run's very poorly.
My greatest disappointment is the fact I was referred to this guy, he said they were very familiar with my motorcycle and would take great pride and care in servicing it. He also said he's listed BBB.
This man went out of his way to not take blame for any damage or delinquencies in his service, and I am now seeking another shop to service this bike and purchase parts and accessories thru. We'll never go back.
I suggest that if you ride a old beater, that's already skin’t up and dirty this could be the place for you, I have reservations as to the quality of work you'll receive.
Now if you have a nice ride, you take care of, beware.
This is the short version, I’m sorry we ever went over to this shop.
