I ordered shoes in the store, gave the guy my driver's license for the correct address, and of course he entered it incorrectly. I have called customer service three times, sent in an email. Every time I am assured that they have corrected the mistake. However, today I find out the shoes I paid for were delivered and left on the porch of the wrong address. I have no emails confirming or even telling me where my shoes are. At this moment, I am out my money and have no product. The worst experience I have ever had.
