I have not received one Rebate from Star Rebates Inc. I have filed 4 months on receipts and here are my replys to my emails:

On July 18th

Dear Jack, Thank you for your inquiry regarding the processing of your monthly submission. Just a reminder that we process all guest records in the order in which they are received. As per the rules of the program please allow a minimum of 30 days from the time we receive your monthly information for us to process your record. You should factor in a minimum of 10 business days for mail to reach our customer service team. Once we have processed your monthly submission please allow up to 30 days to receive your gift card or 1 business day to process your credit card refund. Please note that a credit card refund can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. This is a banking issue and not a result of Star Rebates. Thank you, Your Star Rebates Customer Service Team

We are doing our best to get your rebates processed and approved faster. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing delay at the processing center. We are getting closer to get caught up and we are going to process your rebates as quickly as we can. Please carry on with your other redemption months. Once your rebate is processed and approved we will issue the payment in the method that you have advised. Sorry for the delays of the processing and we apologize for any inconvenience. We really appreciate your patience up to this point and we are going to ask you to be a little more patient with us. Thank you very much

There needs to be something done to companies like this, not just going after the Company but the individuals responsible.
