MVQ At Home Rewards deducted $14.95 from my Visa debit card. I do not know who this company is or how they received my debit card information. I never signed up for anything with this company. This is fraud. The phone number listed on my statement was 888-299-6416. When I called this number no one could help me or explain how they had access to my debit card information.
