Signed up for a free trial of the local home access program because the website said you were guaranteed a refund if you didn't like it. Well, when I wanted my refund I couldn't find anywhere on the website how to contact the company via email or telephone. They don't have a customer service for me to contact to get a refund so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges.
