I purchased a 5-year Unlimited Searches Entire Network Access Upgrade for $39.94 plus $1.16 taxes so I could check potential rentors background. The Vendor's Site is listed as http://www.Gov-Resources.com but when I put in my info it says I'm not registered.
I did this payment through PayPal on August 6
