I had two accounts with Edward Jones and they charged Me bogus fees and promised to refund the money but they never did.

These fees also includes the yearly account fee they charged Me of $75.00 and three weeks later they closed My account. They said the fee was justified. I said no it isn't because they charge the fees upfront for the whole year in July and you (Edward Jones) closed the account in August.

The statements kept coming through September to justify the fees charged to the account but I had no access to the account since middle of August.

I talked to Sherry Wilson Ermeling about the refund and she said she is processing it for Me. Right after that talked with Me she told her superiors that she could not get a hold of Me after she had already talked with Me in May.

She didn't want Me to get My money back.

A few months later another representative told Me, that the money was sent to Missouri Unacclaimed money/funds and I would have to file a form to get My money back.

I don't understand are they kidding/lying to Me, why they sent the money over there and why I have to go through that process to get My money back. Edward Jones took My money they should reimburse Me for it.
