I was billed for an unauthorized charge of $23.95, and immediately notified my bank. I was told no phone number was available for the merchant, and the bank's dispute team would investigate. A month later, I received documentation from my bank of their findings which indicated I went online to purchase the product.
I did not go online make this purchase. I did not receive an email confirming the purchase as Proresv stated, nor did I receive any product. The documentation listed a phone number for Proresv to call if there were any questions regarding the matter. I called the number 877 311-4926 and it was disconnected. My bank is now expanding their investigations.
