I was sold a product that did not exist and when it finally arrived it did not meet the description of what I bought. Then the seller provided no service. When I asked for a refund, I was given the run around for months. They are still making excuses for why I don't have my money back. I don't expect ever to see again. And who knows why the authorities are not on to this guy
