We stayed in Red Roof Inn Watsonville for one night on 23 July and paid cash for the room $56.49 (the amount advised on reservation) Ref nr OL0509322175. Recently, I found my account of the debit card that I used to secure the booking had been debited for £35.50 on August 2nd for Red Roof Inn, Watsonville. I emailed [email protected] on August 22 but had no reply so far. I emailed again today and sent a scanned image of the proof of cash payment. Please help secure repayment of this overpayment. Is there a trading standards agency that I could contact?
