Scam! Joined at $5.95, per their advertising. Turned OFF Automatic Renewal. They turn it back on and charge PayPal account for "Monthly Subscription Fee-$15.95" and "Premium Upgrade-$16.95" when I wanted none of these. Got confirmation number for refund on 8/4 and still nothing; called again and told it had to be "reissued". We'll see... What a scam!
