First of all i read that it was free shipping. I was charged shipping. Second the MP3 player does not work, I was sent the wrong watches and makeup. I did call the company to see if they would help me out with the problems and they said it was not free shipping at the time I order, no I should not have received "Hello Kitty" makeup and no I didn't win two bird watches which I know I did and they sent a replacement Total damages $144.00
